Stayed here for a night recently. Staff were fantastic, hotel is in a great location, rooms were adequately sized. They are not big, but we have a balcony and everything you could want from a room. Good value for money and would recommend to friends and family to stay at the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, cannot fault the service.

Several members of our family used the hotel while attending a wedding at a nearby location. The hotel has been created using several adjacent properties, so as other reviewers have noted, it is quite a labyrinth. However, decoration and cleanliness are to a high standard and there is a feeling of spaciousness in the main public areas, but room sizes vary a lot. Standard doubles in our experience are very compact, with hopelessly inadequate hanging space (no closed wardrobe at all.) A regular twin room, and an exec double with a third bed provided were both very large with great views over the river below. Breakfast was charged extra (£12 continental, £17 full) and was reasonable but not outstanding value; parking is also extra at £5 per 24 hrs.

Hi - Stayed here in January. I thought it was a bit of a muddle of a place. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor. To get there I took the elevator up and then had to get out and carry the bags up more steps, go around a corner, then up some more steps.
The room was on top floor and I could touch the ceiling. It was like a converted attic. The room was well presented and clean. I actually asked to move room but was too tired so stayed there. The staff were happy to move my room.

We arrived at Richmond Hill Hotel on 30th December needing a room for the next 3 nights after other arrangements had fallen through. The manager on duty (James Paton) found us a room (for our family of 4) and offered us a great price. After settling into the room our plans had to change again and we asked if could change our stay to 3 days from the 31st instead of the 30th. This was no problem even though we had used the room. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were also great. Not only did we get use of the gym and pool but friends were able to come and use it with us.
A great hotel in a great location with a beautiful walk into Richmond past one of the nicest views in London. Good value and fantastic staff. We will be staying again.
