This charming no-smoking B&B overlooks Belfast Lough and has wonderful views of Bangor Bay. The house is part of an old stone series of houses raised and set back from the road. Sit outside on a sunny day and the views are splendid. Breakfast, taken at an antique table in the bay window of the drawing room (available for guest use during the day), is substantial with a small buffet with cereals, yoghurts, fruits etc. Main courses are cooked to order by Heather Bell, the owner, who provides a warm welcome. It was a pleasure to have a relaxing breakfast overlooking the sea. My small single bedroom, at the rear, was comfortable with tv, tea and coffee tray with biscuits, radio, wash-hand basin and shutters on the window and a selection of books to read. The two other letting rooms, one double with en-suite (this one looks very comfortable with two easy chairs in the bay window - or you could just lie in bed and look out to sea!) and one double are at the front and overlook the sea.
