Forget the view, forget the breakfast (magnificent as they were). I want to talk about our hosts, Penny and Robin; I hadn't met either proir to my short break.

Penny and Robin have the ability to make their guests feel special, resulting in an abundance of wellbeing. Their attention to detail is meticulous and their willingness to be helpful second to none. Whether it's route planning, restaurant choosing, confirming timrtables or merely flying down to the local general store to buy our favourite breakfast cereal - we are talking serious pampering here.

I could go on but suffice to say 'B and B at Tyddyn - Bach is honestly excellent'.

We have stayed in loads of places in Aberdovey and when we found Robin and Pennys ' B+B we knew we'd found the one . The south facing room with the view of Borth is unbelievable, I could sit there for hours (if the wife would let me !) Brilliant four poster bed , breakfast was top notch and the whole experience was just so peaceful. They are so lucky to live in one of the best places the UK , would recommend it to anyone . 10/10 , Tim Trish and Lottie

Stayed for 2 nights from 01/09/06. There are only 2 rooms . We stayed in the balcony room which has views to die for over both the estuary & the bay. The room is large & very tastefully furnished with a huge pine four poster bed, sofa & small table where the excellent breakfast is served. The en suite bathroom is a good size with a shower & nice sea views as well. Situation is great , very quiet but only a short steep walk to the village.
Aberdovey was the nicest place we found in the area & has a selection of eating places. Can recommend the Bistro but booking is essential.
