We stayed at the hotel, after my birthday party which was held in the hotel. The whole experience was marvelous, the staff very exceptionally helpful, friendly and ensured everyone had agreat time. Everyone commented on how great the catering for the party was. We had a suite and it was brilliant; big and bright with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was just fantastic especially my poached eggs tha twere cooked exactly the way I like. Leaving the hotel the staff again were more than helpful even the chief helped carry out bags, and presents.. I highly recommend this hotel and will have no hesitation in staying here again. Well done to the staff for making our party and stay a very memoriable experience.

This was a last minute decision to stay in Stirling as I had a business meeting the following day and was planning to travel the following morning The person who checked me in was the most unhelpful person I have ever had the misfortune to meet, she has obviously had no customer care training and was very rude. Another problem was that the hotel has no soundproofing. This was bad enough in normal circumstances when you could hear all bathroom fans and the constant steam of footsteps all night. A senior member of this company needs to get more involved as it is quite clearly not happening at this moment, wish I had not had this last minute change of plan.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at Terraces and it was another good experience. While the original room assigned to us was indeed small (Room nr 5 as mentioned by other reviewers) - the hotel gave us another bigger and nicer room without any problem. Very nice bathroom as well and a good breakfast. Will stay here again when visiting Stirling.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights sat 12th and Sun 13th of november,We had our large breed dog with us (Scottish deerhound),And we were made to feel more than welcome,The room was comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated.
The breakfast was lovely,especially the blackpudding.
The staff were very plesant and polite.The good thing also about this hotel is that is ony a short walk into town,Would recomend.
