Nice clean, modern hotel with decent sized room with en-suite WC/shower (note no bath; not in mine anyway).
Modest bar and restaurant facility which got a little cramped in the servery area at breakfast. A limited hot buffet breakfast was included and was pretty good making the package good value and cheaper than room and breakfast at a Premier Inn at full price for 2.
Lots of onsite parking.
Pub/restaurant in adjacent plot offering very expensive pub food and no real ale.
Great Morrissons supermarket on opposite plot (walkable in 2 mins) which also has restaurant and cheap filling station.
It was extremely windy whilst I was there so some wind noise was inevitable. More of a concern was that I believe the building flooded under exceptionally heavy rain the following day but even this is not too much of a worry as apparently they had 2 months rain in one night!

The above hotel was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast area first class. We will definitely use this again and recommend it to our friends and family

Very nice, well maintained, friendly staff. No evening meal is a pain but the breakfast is better than usual for HIExpress. Will stay again.

We spent a couple if nights here last week. The room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was included and was buffet style. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only criticism was that it was a bit difficult to find as it was at the edge of an industrial estate. Although it was convenient as we were travelling between Stirling and Glasgow.
