I hope you like recycled air, because the windows don't open in this place (probably because it's right near the airport).
It's not far from the airport, you can take the bus which costs £3 each way and runs at various times throughout the day and night. Quite easy as it stops and drops off passengers right outside the door.
The building itself is going under renovation, but I didn't experience any disruption as I checked in at night and was gone again before early morning (stayed between two flights).
The rooms are just standard Travelodge, but some things narked me a little, there were no plug sockets near the bed (I like to charge my phone overnight and I also use it as an alarm and a clock), the main light didn't light up the whole room, the toilet seat was broke and the plug for the sink was jammed. As I was only staying for a short time and I had loads of things I didn't bother to complain. I'm sure if I did the staff would have moved me.
The staff I encountered were really nice, you have the option of checking in with the staff or there are several self service check in machines too.
Overall it was a nice rest between my flights, it beats sitting in the airport for 6/7 hours. If you book early enough you can get a good price.
Room Tip: Book in advance as the rooms are super cheap, I paid £15.
