Good value for money hotel with parking included on site.
Hotel was good as was check in but the room was freezing cold upon entering and it took a very long time to work out how to get the heating going and then get the room warm enough. We never did get the bathroom radiator to work . This wasn't a one off experience because we also stayed here upon our return, it was -3 c outside and again the room was freezing !! The room was great but walking into a cold room isn't very welcoming.
Our flight arrival and departure were outside the shuttle service times but the receptionist was very helpful and ordered a taxi for four people and luggage , a total of £6 per trip, very good value.

I only wanted a place to sleep before I caught my next plane in the morning. The hotel was excelent for this.

We stayed at this hotel when flying from Gatwick Airport early the next morning. We found it to be good value. The room was very comfortable but we weren't there long enough to check out any other facilities. The booking in facility was very smooth. We parked the car in the hotel car park and left the keys with the reception. The staff said that they would move the car to the rear of the hotel for the week we were away and then bring it back to the front the day we returned. They did this with no problem.

The transfer was booked when we arrived and cost £4 per person for the trip to the airport (the return is free). The transfer is every 30 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to reach the terminals. The return was smooth - telephone the number given and wait about 10 minutes for the minibus to arrive. The only problem for us was to read the instructions properly and realise that the hotel buses come to the ground floor and the exit from customs is on the first floor!

All in all we found this to be a good value hotel for a night's sleep and one week's parking. Probably not a hotel to stay too much longer. It is ideal for a couple of night's stay and airport parking - recommended.

Paid only basic rate and room was clean and comfortable. Staff mostly very good. Booked for evening prior to flight. Had evening meal in restaurant. Dreadful. Sausages over-microwaved and rock hard.Complained and got one replacement sausage on same plate. Managed to treat it as joke along with customers on next table. Quality of ingredients on english breakfast very poor. Open buffet for juices and cereals etc ok for the price. Courtesy coach to airport good, and very prompt collection on return. Booked again for night after return flight, but NO EVENING MEAL and NO BREAKFAST. Days is approx half price of next cheapest alternatives near Gatwick. It's a reasonable value place to get your head down, and I'd use it again, giving the restaurant a definite miss.
