I missed the connecting flight and had to to stay overnight. I called my agency and they came up with Arora.
It is positioned within a zone around the airport where you can travel on public buses for free.
I called the hotel and they provided me with the information which bust to take to get there.
Buses U3, 75 and 76 run to Terminals 1 and 3, and bus 423 runs to Terminal 5. Time of travel between 6 and 10 minutes.
Passengers flying from Terminal 4 should catch the bus to Terminals 1 and 3, then the Heathrow Connect train or bus 555 to Terminal 4.
At the reception it occured they never heard of me nor of my booking number.
I had to log in to my email account at the free internet station to the right of the reception and forward to them an email I received from my agency.
The problem was sorted.
I don't remember unfortunately the room number but what I remember though is that getting to my room involved a lift, going up and down couple flights of stairs a taking U-turns.
Not very convenient for one-night guests in case of emergency.
Good value for money, breakfast included in the price.
Reasonable food in the bar, I had fish and chips and they were just fine.
Helpful personnel.Clean room.
Room Tip: Try asking for a one with clear access, especially when traveling with kids.
