This was my first time satying at a PI and I was very impressed with all the aspects of the stay, from the parking, check in, room cleanliness, bed comfort, food & drink and price. But most of all the great attitude of the staff .

Seen the telly adds but didn't believe them - I do now though!

This hotel really ticks all the boxes. Value for money, friendly, clean, great facilities and great location. You pay for car-parking but as the room (£39.00 for 4 occupants) is such good value, who cares. The staff couldnt do enough to help you and the food both at breakfast and dinner was amazing. Also, I most comment on the price of wine and food - even though this is a London Hotel, the food and wine were really competitively priced and made eating and drinking here a pleasure (we probably ordered far more than we would have done if items had been higher priced!). We had 2 children with us who were treated wonderfully and really well catered for. Cannot fault this hotel.

Really good staff - helpful and smiling. Room comfortable smart and clean. Great breakfast - good selection (had soya milk too) with very good coffee. First stay in a Premier Inn - will DEFINITELY use the chain again. Have already recommended to my friends.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night before our trip to the United States and I must say that I was really surprised at how good it was.

It is very cheap, the rooms are very clean, you have a flat screen tv, bathroom with bath, bed was very comfortable and they also give you shampoo, soap etc.

The restaurant was also very good, we paid for an offer in which you have a 3 course dinner then buffet breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff where very helpful and polite.

The location was a bit far from Heathrow but you get the bus which goes to all hotels it very cheap.
