I had traveled from Derby to see my misses, i had stayed for three nights. Firstly the staff messed up the first procedure we need to do which is book your self in to the hotel, when arriving in the room it smelt really bad and was left in such a bad state!! The windows had then been opened for about an hour knowing that it was cold.

I had told the receptionist about many of my issues but nothing was resolved, Noise honestly, all i can here is someone running in the corridors and traffic coming from outside. The bathroom was really dirty which had mold and looked like it ain't been cleaned since ages.

I could carry on, but i will leave it there!! DO NOT SAY AT THIS HOTEL

Decent rooms as always, being refurbished apparently, but I never saw any disruption. Free wi-fi for half an hour and then only £3.00 if you require 24 hours, thats a price reduction of £9.00

Friendly Staff in both reception and bar / restaurant.

our 5th time staying at this premier inn as we use it for a convenient base for london trips. as you pull into the car park from a 2 hour drive the aroma of steaks from the grapes beefeater next door is too much to resist. we had our new years eve meal at the grapes which was nice as always and service was excellent as always. staff in hotel efficient as always, i requested an upstairs room and was accomodated. we had a heater in the room which was far better and easier to control than any of the aircon systems they have and we were kept warm as toast. we always stay for 2 nights and whilst we are out new years day the rooms are always tidied to perfection with all coffee and tea replaced etc, (and also picking up the kids teddys and tucking them up in bed)

We stayed at this hotel and had a really enjoyable stay. Reception staff exceptional for a ‘budget' hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms clean and comfortable
