Stayed here one night before taking a morning flight back to the US. It was very well priced and amazingly comfortable. Not sure if I was on a club floor but the bed was super cosy as were the pillows and duvet. Got a great sleep. Didnt use any other facilities as it was just a quick stay. One annoying thing was you have to pay for the parking inside before exiting. In fact its annoying you have to pay for parking full stop. Parking was VERY busy. The hotel is nice and near Avis which was a bonus for me.

when we arrived Sandeep offered us an upgrade for 20 pound, which was great after a 11 hour flight. Great for people that are using long conexions in heatrow, great beds, a awesome restaurant, delicious and full of variety breakfast, and sound proof rooms, a great night sleep guaranteed

Fast friendly check-in and check-out. Clean rooms and very quiet in spite of being in sight of the runways. Quiet inside the hotel too which isn't always the case with airport hotels where people are coming and going at all hours.
Straight to bed and asleep before 9PM so I can't say very much more about the other facilities.
Just one thing I noted and that was that two of the milk/cream tubs with the coffee making kit were out of date.

The rooms are spacious and quiet. Don’t expect a view. I had a package that included chocolates or wine on each of the two visits the same month, but they were unaware of it. Not too short a walk from the bus stop, on the way back from Hatton Cross/Heathrow. They have a taxi scam going, whereby they ordered an unmetered cab without mentioning that it was unmetered and how much it would cost. The driver wanted ₤20 back to Heathrow whereas I had paid ₤10 to the hotel from the same terminal. Travelled December 2007.
