“Great stopover”

We used this hotel last month for a one night stopover before a long haul flight. It was perfect for our needs. We arrived early evening and were made very welcome. Our room was good, we enjoyed a few drinks and a bar snack in the comfortable bar and had a great nights sleep. The hotel's car service to the terminal was only a few pounds more than the shuttle bus and very convenient. We would definitley stay again if flying through Heathrow.

Stayed one night here, everyone was very professional and accommodating. The room was really comfy and large. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

“Modern day piracy I will boycott this chain”

On checking out I was presented for a bill of more than 22-00 sterling for a 14 minute local call to my daughter who lives some 35 miles away.
I was aghast but their attitude was simply are rates are in the guestdirectory,I exlpained that I had trusted them not to rip me off as from a normal phone the charge would be a few pence a minute.
I offered to give them allmy details and I would take the matter to the smallclaims court to dispute this charge,
This is when the manager came down to discuss the matter, at first hesaid ,well it was an 01342 number as if this was some premium line, which it isnt, then said it was a mobile number which it isnt.
As I had tocatch a flight I offered to pay 10-00 sterling and this was agreed on.
I can only imagine they are out to catch non English speaking people and I think their attitude deplorable.
I will never use another Radisson until their attitude changes

“A great stay before our holiday”

We arrived at the hotel after a tube ride from Central London and a short shuttle ride from the airport. We booked a return ticket so we could return to the airport in the morning for our flight. When we arrived we were amazed by the appearance of the lobby, and could see how much care and time was made to keep it so pristine. When checking in the reception staff were very polite and helpful in directing us to our room. When we opened the door to the room we were amazed by it's size, its appearance and general cleanliness.
As we were not very prepared and forgot to think about our plans for eating on the evening, we knew that going to one of the restaurants would be more of an evening out and due to our early flight decided on room service. The quality of the service and the food was second to none however was a little overpriced. Our evenings sleep was very comfortable and we were looked after well on our checking out in particular by the concierge in regards to the bus timetables. If we fly from Heathrow again we would definately consider staying here.

“lovely employees make all the difference”

having stayed regularly at airport hotels for a number of years due to work, the Radisson does indeed surpass its competition. Having had to fly out of Gatwick for my last few trips, I had missed my stays at the Radisson and was glad to be back at Heathrow.

The rooms are comfortable and offer better value for money than others and onsite parking packages are ideal.

With the excellent customer service that is afforded to its guests, I would certainly recommend to both the business and leisure traveler.



24 hour room service is generally excellent too and the rooms are above average for the heathrow a


the past 5 years the Radisson pretty much offers a more than comfortable stay at a good price and y are pretty much the same but the stand out difference with the Radisson is that the employees are generally excellent.

It makes all the difference to be greeted in a friendly manner
