On checking out I was presented for a bill of more than 22-00 sterling for a 14 minute local call to my daughter who lives some 35 miles away.
I was aghast but their attitude was simply are rates are in the guestdirectory,I exlpained that I had trusted them not to rip me off as from a normal phone the charge would be a few pence a minute.
I offered to give them allmy details and I would take the matter to the smallclaims court to dispute this charge,
This is when the manager came down to discuss the matter, at first hesaid ,well it was an 01342 number as if this was some premium line, which it isnt, then said it was a mobile number which it isnt.
As I had tocatch a flight I offered to pay 10-00 sterling and this was agreed on.
I can only imagine they are out to catch non English speaking people and I think their attitude deplorable.
I will never use another Radisson until their attitude changes
