Comfort Hotel states that you have access to the Hoppa Bus shuttle service to and from LHR airport. This is not a free shuttle service, you must pay 4 Pound per person each time you get on the bus. If you have 4 or more people with you, you can book a limo for 15 Pound through the hotel front desk, it's quicker and easier to get to the terminal. You must book the night before you need the limo.

Comfort Hotel offers a special coupon for their dinners at their resturant. It sounds like a great deal. However, what the front desk don't tell you is that only the items listed on the dinner menu with a small red star are eligible for the discount. You have to purchase the coupon in advance at the Front Desk before entering their resturant.

The Staff is excellent and the room are very comfortable.

Pre-booked over the internet, so was very inexpensive compared to if you just walked in off the street. Secure, paid parking available. A bit hard to find, especially after 24 hours travel, but not too far from Heathrow. Shower sprayed everywhere. Ordered room service, prompt, but person who took the call was blunt and hung up before we could ask how long it would take.

The room was US standard ordinary and reasonable value at 30 pounds odd. Check-in was slow and the first room I was given had not been made up. The shuttle bus took an age to collect me at the airport, stopped at half a dozen other hotels on the way to the hotel and cost 4 pounds each way per person. Breakfast was 10 pounds (which you have to pay in advance before approaching the unattractive buffet) and very ordinary. If you use this hotel you might as well catch a black cab to and from and have breakfast at Heathrow. Only recommendation is that it is theoretically convenient to Heathrow (if the shuttle doesn't take you round the county first).

arrived at hotel parked car handed in keys , staff very polite and informative both times when we checked in and out.
The double room was on the small side but clean and tidy if not a little "tired "looking in places tea making stuff ,tv,hair dryer ,iron and board etc we had bath with shower again clean and tidy the room did suffer from a bit of traffic noise but not a problem for us, we did not have any meals in hotel as we left early morning i would agree with ryderj1 and would not pay £145 a night , but it was ideal for our needs ie i night and 15 days parking for £70 . as the cheapest car parking i found was £120 for 14 days i would use this hotel again if i could get the same deal
