On the positive side, the staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly, and the bar food is quite good. However, the hotel is badly let down by it's rooms. The beds are obviously old and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are also showing their age. Much in need of a refurb.

While this hotel has an excellent location and the parking service is faultless (Quality Parking) though a little complicated to find, we were very disappointed at the standard of cleanliness and quality of the bed and pillows. Having been in the hospitality business ourselves, owners and managers should 'sleep and eat' their product and I do not think anyone would want to repeat the sleeping process here. We did not eat or drink anything at this hotel so I cannot comment on that. The staff were pleasant enough. We would not recommend this hotel but would thoroughly recommend Quality Parking. As a parting shot, we were asked if we would like a 'wake-up call' and arranged for this to give us enough time to get the aiport for our early morning flight. The 'wake-up' call never came and by good luck alone (other guests being quite noisy outside our room), we woke up in time.

Cheapest hotel and coach travel combined deal we could find. Very convenient for flying from Heathrow with shuttle 'hoppa' bus service to terminal (£4.00 each way). Standard travelodge type hotel which was very busy when we stayed, probably due to cancelled flights. Food fairly good but service very poor. Major drawback for an airport hotel was failure to give us a prebooked morning call.

My wife and I booked this hotel for one night prior to our holiday flight to Dubai. We arrived late at 21:30 and, although the restaurant closed at 21:45, the staff very politely accommodated us with a fine two-course meal . The hotel bar had a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. The receptionists were very polite and helpful; the double room was comfortable providing us with a good night's sleep and the breakfast the next morning was delicious and wholesome. For a 3-star hotel, the room price with breakfast was very competitive, especially given the quality service we received.
