We have stayed at the Bay Tree on two occaisions now and it would be our 1st choice on any return visit to Southport.
You are made welcome from the minute you get there, the facilities are of a high standard and the breakfast is excellent (eggs benidict are tremendous!)
Nothing is any trouble to the owners/staff and it is a good place to relax.
To sum up, it's just a nice place to be.

This is a very good b&b in a quiet location. We were made to feel extremely welcome by Chloe and Leigh who were very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were great. A varied selection and presented well. The rooms were well equipped and clean. A good base for golfing in the area

It is an absolute joy to stay at the Bay Tree, The hosts are excellent, friendly and attentive as are all the staff . The food is well presented and v good, rooms are clean, tasteful decor and the thoughtful little extras made the stay even better! Would certainly stay there again...

This is a wonderful B&B. A 5 Star B&B with a wonderful breakfast. Allen is a wonderful host along with Lee and Cloe. Just a 3 minute walk to the main drag of Southport. In a quiet location. I stayed here and took the commuter train into Liverpool. It was nice to stay here in the quiet B&B away from the madding crowd yet have good restaurants nearby. We ate at the small Italian restaurant, Volare, and were treated to wonderful food and great hospitality. Highly recommend the Bay Tree House.

Room Tip: Ask for the superior suite.
