Ok so there isn't a Spa and Fitness centre, miles of corridors and loads of staff but what there is is 'small and perfectly formed'!! They have tried to think of everything from bath robes to binoculars!! We, myself and 3 friends, stayed for 2 nights in order to do a bit of shopping. We chose the hotel because of the Trip Advisor reviews and have to say that all the reviews are correct. We were greeted at the door, help offered with the cases, registered and shown to our rooms with the offer of a pot of tea - all within the first 10 minutes. Everything was spotlessly clean, spacious and in good working order! This is a first class, small hotel with the (much lacking in larger hotels) personal touch. Breakfast (superb) was all served to you, perfectly cooked and loads of choice. Advice and guidance given for eateries on request. Well done to Paul and Trina - they have got it just right and we hope to visit again. For evening meals we went to Saahil (Indian bring your own alcohol) on Lord Street and Bistro Bar Med on Coronation Walk (£3 in taxi from hotel). Both very nice and friendly. The Bistro was exceptionally friendly and the food and service could not be faulted. Another Gem is the "Inn Beer" shop where you can sit and choose from a huge assortment of beers and lagers - the atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is so friendly :-) All the above Highly recommended.
