We enjoyd the very friendly atmosphere of Ruth and Bob's Whitehall lodge. House and garden are beautiful and pleasant. We really felt comfortable and would like to say thanks again for the great days in Wales with an outstanding breakfast and lots of information for an unforgettable holiday.

I could not have asked for a better place to experience Wales than the home of Bob and Ruth. I truly felt as if I was family when I stayed here. They go above and beyond what is expected of them, so that you can experience the best trip possible. Wales is known for it's hospitality and wonderful people, however Bob and Ruth clearly stand out among them. Thank you Bob and Ruth for making this a fantastic trip.

Ruth and Bob made us feel at home the moment we made our booking with helpful suggestions on where to visit for our half term break. The layout of their spacious detached ground floor property was ideal for myself and 2 young sons staying in the family room with my 77 year old Mother in the room across the hall way. Location is excellent with ample parking and the slightly elevated site gives views of the surrounding countryside without being overlooked by neighbouring properties. Bob's full English breakfast set us up for the day and we looked forward to returning in the evening for the perfect night's sleep. I could not fault this well run 5 star guest house and we will definately be returning on our next visit to Wales.

Ruth and Bob made us feel most welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable, clean and spacious family room with en-suite. A bonus is that the room opens out onto the garden and patio. Bob's breakfasts are delicious and really set you up for a day's sight-seeing. Fantastic location, close to all major attractions and spectacular scenary. Would definitely recommend and hope to pay a return visit ourselves.
