What a lovely Hotel. Even though we arrived early we were able to check in. Pam and Brian were so attentive to the 3 of us for our 2 night stay. Our daughter is only 11 months old and she was just as welcome as us, as there is a brilliant play room in the hotel. The hotel is spotless and the room we had was set up with cot, changing mat, nappy sacks, cuddly toys. The hotel is only a short walk into town and Brian recommended the 5 arches tavern for something to eat, it is children friendly and the food is good with nice portions and high chairs for the little one. As the baby is so young we used the lounge quiet a lot at night using the monitors to listen in on the baby. Each morning came a breakfast to keep you going for most of the day. We had a marvellous stay all thanks to Pam and Brian. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back

A fantastic family friendly hotel in a brilliant location. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful and great with children. The breakfast was lovely and childrens cutlery and bowls were laid out ready as well as high chair, bibs and wipes - everything had been thought of! Stayed here with an eighteen month and five year old and playroom was brilliant for them both. Would definately return and recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, two adults and two young children. Warm welcome for us all- including drinks and snacks for the kids, directions to kids playroom, kids beds made up with kids books and cuddly toys. Very accommodating as we had to make a last minute addition to our party which was welcomed with no problems. Breakfast gave huge selection for adults and children alike, with bib, wipes, highchair and all children's bits available. Room was comfortable and clean, with kids cups, kids night drinks and even a potty and wipes provided. Cannot fault this hotel for their welcome and provision for children. They even looked after a delivery of flowers for us until the last day of our stay asa asurprise.
Stayed at this hotel once a few years ago and fond memories brought us back, we would return again without doubt.

Myself and my familly, stayed at the southcliff for only one night. We found it fantastic value for money. Rooms were clean, and child friendly. Pam was very welcoming to us, and paid special attention to our children. Breakfast was amazing, and again very child friendly. Would visit again, would also recommend to family and friends.
