We had Room 3 for two nights over the Tenby Blues Festival. Hotel is a misnomer it is a pub with rooms, and very poor quality rooms at that. The TV was on when we arrived and we found the previous guests clothes in the drawer. We were waiting for them to arrive back! The room had only had a precursory clean eg clean sheets and towels, but that was it. It was lacking in cleanliness and hygiene. The coffee creamer was out of date and rancid, and no-one touched the room to clean it, make the bed or rinse the cups for the duration of our stay. the whole place especially the letting rooms need an urgent refurbishment and a deep clean. Breakfast was humungeous but lacked basics like cutlery and condiments which we had to ask for. Coffee was served white, (my partner drinks it black) and there was a general air of couldn't care less, take it or leave it, laizes faire about the whole place. It is VERY noisy at night, and the whole experience was a let down. We are regular visitors to Tenby, but we will stay elsewhere next time eg Myrtle House.
