I stayed here for just one night, after attending a business meting in Combe Martin and then walking the South West Coast Path from there to Ilfracombe. I was tired when I arrived, and went straight out to have dinner and then retired early, so I can't comment on anything except my room. But it was a sweet little room, tastefully decorated and absolutely immaculate. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep.
As I was leaving again very early to walk the next section of the path, I didn't get to sample the breakfast. But Kirsty, the charming landlady, very kindly left a package of fruit for me to pick up on my way out and this was much appreciated.
This is a great little hotel, good value for money, quiet and well situated. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to go to Ilfracombe.
