Really enjoyed our stay here: friendly, welcoming, very clean and comfortable. And great breakfasts!

Diana and Ron gave us a wonderful welcome, we truly felt at home and at ease as soon as we walked through the door. As others have mentioned, we had fresh milk for our tea/coffee and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The ensuite was on the small side but not a problem for us. The decor was modern and had lovely personal touches. The artwork was lovely too throughout. The fresh fruit for breakfast and homemade bread was delicious, as was the cooked breakfast. A great advantage to this B and B is the free allocated parking close by, not easy to come by in the town. Would have no hesitation to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ilfracombe.

Wonderful B&B would recommend to anyone. Friendly welcome and the room was very well decorated and furnished. Everywhere was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh baked bread every morning plus fruit juice, cereals and a fantastice fresh fruit salad. On top of all this if you wanted there is a full cooked breakfast which is lovely. We normally stay in hotels but this stay has made us B&B converts. It is situated within walking distance to Ilfracombe beach but it is on a steep hill so the walk back does get the muscles working - small price to pay for the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit . You really can't fault the srevice you recieve from Diana and Ron .Nothing is too much trouble including fresh milk being left outside your room,the fantastic range of breakfast you wake up , super clean rooms and even a contact mobile number left for you to use because they went out for the night ! How caring is that !! Many thanks to you both, see you again next time .
