We had been touring Scotland for eight days and this was our last night before driving home to the Potteries. The Laurels is run by an elderly couple, who obviously know their ropes. Must be the best three star B&B in the list of Scottish B&Bs. The place is absolutely spotless. We have been selective in where we have stayed - cleanliness of the property and personality of the owners. But this was the cleanest we experienced. No dust or dirt anywhere!
They were attentive to us, even though it was after 8pm when we dropped in on them. The full breakfast was very satisfactory.
Overall - ten out of ten!
