Stayed at the Beaufort House Hotel so we could go to the Isle of Wight Festival. Hotel is easy to find, with a handy bus stop across the road, and is 5 minutes walk from the town and beachfront.
B&B was very clean and comfortable - Room provides those additional extras such as TV and tea/coffee facilities that you usually only get in hotels.
Positives: Great cooked breakfast - Best I've had in some time!
You get a key to the front door, so you can come and go at any time of the day or night without disturbing anyone.

House is large and has a bar and TV room for a homely stay.
Slight issues : Room didn't have central heating (had an electric heater) and I noticed some damp on the wall. It didnt smell damp, but I'm guessing it would be fairly cold in the room in colder months.
Room cost £80 a night, which is a little costly for a B&B - Happy to pay it as the festival was on, but for that price, I'd usually go for a hotel.
Overall, a great stay - would recommend for anyone requiring a comfortable, hassle free stay in the Isle of Wight.

We stayed at this well-run B&B in Sandown, 5 minutes walk from the seafront. It was well-run, clean tidy & excellent service. The rooms were tidy, newly refurbished and breakfast was good. The best thing however is the friendly welcome from the owners Peter & Jackie who'll make you feel right at home.

We'd come back here again to stay, but do note that they often have school outings/ groups over and I'd personally try to ensure that you're not staying the same time as them!

just returned from the shangrila hotel we had a wonderful bank holiday there peter & jackie are lovely friendly people who went out of there way to make our 30th wedding anniversary very special for us nothing was to much trouble the breakfast was fantastic & our room was excelent really enjoyed our stay if you fancy a break we recommend you stay at this super hotel.

We had a very pleasurable stay here, the friendly welcome was lovely and the way we were treated made it a very enjoyable few days. Peter & Jackie went out of their way to make us welcome into their home. They kept us informed of things to do and places to see
