Me and my friends were made welcome as soon as we arrived at the hotel. We were offered a complementary drink and were offered advise about the town and where to go. The owners were extremely friendly. The hotel is perfectly located on the seafront and is close to all facilities. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. I would recommend the Silvercraigs Hotel for those looking for a break in the Isle Of Man.

All staff were very attentive and freindly. Owners have a hands on approach to their excellent business.

Thank you again for your help this weekend, your knowledge of the island helped a great deal. Can not wait till we can book a family holiday to come back.

Absolutely Brilliant Hotel and holiday. Diana and Stuart are the most perfect hosts we have ever met! Went out of their way for everyone! (Especially us) which we will always be grateful.(Thanks Stuart). All staff were thoroughly professional and friendly which is a credit to them! We will definitely be back next year!
