“not bad but overpriced”

We stayed here manx grand prix week. The problem with the isle of man generally is that many of the small hotels and B and B's have closed over recent years. I expect that it may be fairly quiet outside race weeks (TTand MGP) in June and September. During race periods it can be difficult to find accommodation so you have to take what is available at very inflated prices. I agree with the other comments made about this place. The owners were pleasant and helpful, the whole hotel is very dated in appearance and there are indeed strong cooking smells in the morning. The room was pretty horrible in terms of decor but was very clean. The hotel is well located. Strangely, the owner also appears to so a side line in haemoroid treatment (look for the advert for a potion called pilogene in the booklet in the room!).

“terrible decor, nice owners, OK location, not expensive”

I stayed here for a few nights and have to say I was not too impressed. OK it was cheap and very clean but the decor is very dated and the house smelled of cooking the whole time, especially the kippers in the morning. The single rooms have no toilets attached to them and there are no phones in the rooms which is actually my biggest grumble. It can't be hard to stick some phones through the house. The location is quite close to the sea front which was nice. the owners were very friendly and accommodating but really should consider giving it an overhaul. at least in the downstairs as that is the first impression you get. if you are looking for somewhere v basic and clean then this should do the job but if you expect a phone and facilities i would recommend spending a bit more.

“70sssssss”

like going back in time. not value for money at all, the whole place needs gutting very dark and unfashionable, breakfast was below par.. also charged for use of the so called pool, which i thought was appauling, seeing that there was no mention of an additonal fee, also on the board it said £29.50 per person cooked breakfast, yet we were charged £67.50 a room.
feel ripped off, should of questioned the bill but just wanted to get out of there, if there chargeing that sort of money for a room i expect more than what i got.. goods points thou.. a non smoking hotel. rooms a nice size but so dated!! will not be going back.. thou i loved the isle of man.. wish i didnt opt for the first b&b i saw on the internet... theres LOADS when you get there..

I have never been made to feel so welcome.
All Seasons provide super bedrooms, and the whole experience was faultless.
