Just returned from a four night stay at Letham House, everything from the breakfasts through to the bedrooms, ensuites and jacuzzi is A1, with great hosts who make this a special place to stay! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Just returned from a three night stay at Letham House. Think this is the fourth or fifth time of staying and the experience just gets better, which in my opinion is a major achievement. Barbara and Chris, the owners, manage to strike the perfect balance between being friendly hosts yet maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The calibre of decor, furnishings and ambience throughout remains as high as ever. An unreserved recommendation to all those seeking geuine quality at a reasonable price.

What can i say, spent a couple of nights here whilst attending a wedding at nearby Lennoxlove House. My wife and i stayed in the Botanical room, it was so large, we loved the space and huge bed. The bathroom was again excellent, spacious and warm, with underfloor heating. The offer to use the house, virtually as our own, being given access to most of the living areas, with those wonderful log fires and then keys, which allowed us to come and go as we pleased, made us feel very welcome. Lovely breakfasts in a quiet retreat, close to Haddington makes this an ideal place to stay for a relaxing break.

I had the pleasure of staying here on numerous business visits from October 2011 onwards. Chris and Barbara (the owners) were the perfect hosts. I stay in hotels across the UK but this is the nearest I have come to feeling like I was at home. The rooms are large and comfortable and the WiFi is excelllant. Breakfast is homemade to order and I was treated more like part of the family than just a paying guest.
For those wanting to work in the evening you can either work in your room or the lounge with its open fires. The hotel location is perfect, so quiet and restfull.
