We booked all three rooms for two nights and had a great weekend. The bedrooms are gorgeous, very well appointed and beautifully decorated with really comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious with excellent locally sourced food, full of flavour. Views from the house are stunning and the house itself is lovely. We were made very welcome, not to say cossetted.

Looking for a place to stay and wondered upon The Beech Hill Country House. We were greeted by several barking dogs one of whom jumped on our car The dogs were called back by the owner who was still dressed in her robe at eleven in the morning. she slammed the door and did not make an attempt to greet us until I rang the bell at which point a very disgruntled women answered the door and practically slammed the door on my face when I asked for lodging.

We couldn't stay in the hotel we wanted and found this quite by accident, mighty glad we did. Super rooms, amazing views, made us wish we could stay for longer. As previous reviewer said deserving of her prizes. Victoria is a remarkable host and her breakfasts are truly wonderful. Very happy to recommend.
