This is a really welcoming and comfortable guest house in a perfect location for the beach, pier, town centre, train station etc.

We spent 2 nights in Room 5 (standard en-suite double) and Room 2 (superior en-suite single), both of which were very comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The owners, Mike and Fee, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.

We were attending a friend's wedding and this made a perfect base. Would defininately recommend for short or longer stays.

A pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, with staff who were so welcoming and friendly.
My family had a really enjoyable stay and will definately come again!
The location is perfect. Easy to get around and only moments from the beach and the pier.
I cannot wait for my next visit when the sun is shining.
I'm hoping then to sample the breakfasts and maybe even get a haircut...
