We were made very welcome from the start, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Our room was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean and the breakfast each day was delicious.

The weather for March was sunny and we sat out in the lovely garden in between visiting all the local sights. Cliff pointed us in all the right directions to get the best from our holiday as there was so much to do and see.

We have booked another stay later in the year - well recommended.

Cliff was very enthusiastic, greeted us in the car park upon arrival and ushered us into the reception. Checked us in and showed us to our room. Very informative and friendly.
We were there for a 5 days and he was always asking after our wellbeing and recommending places to see/things to do. Room was clean, a decent size (bathroom was quite pokey) and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good - typical Full English. We used the conservatory when the temperature dropped - a great sun trap.
Location was convenient - walking distance to most things in Paignton.

Spotlessly clean room, Lin and Cliff are wonderful hosts,have a vast knowledge of the best places to visit and the best places to eat. The bathrooms are a little on the small side,but that is a minor irritation.We spent a fabulous week there and have booked again for 2011.Nothing is too much trouble for this couple and I would recomend Seacroft to anyone.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed, the guest house is spotless and the food was excellant and we would definately stay there again, also there is plenty to do in Paignton for all ages.
