I like this guest house because they provide you with a free car pass which allows you to park for FREE, otherwise you have to spend £7 a day to park in the multi stori car park.

Excellent value for money. Its in the best location as I only had to walk 2 minutes to the beach & shops. Everything is within walking distance.

I've tried other guest houses but I like this one the best by far. The owners are very pleasant, obliging and helpful and not over the top. I was made to feel most welcome. I felt very relaxed here and I will be going back on a regular basis.

Lovely comfortable bed, lovely room, flat screen TV, I even had a fridge, Wifi and the breakfast was top quality.

I'll be back next year and the rest.

The owners Paul and Carmel were lovely; always very cheery, welcoming and helpful. I cannot fault them at all.

However, the B&B itself is a bit outdated, but does cater for your needs, bed, toilet etc. It is difficult to fault Rosemead, as the owners were so lovely. It depends what you want from a holiday. Our room was small and bed un-comfy. The B&B was 2min away from the sea, close to the shops but did not have any parking. We had to park in a multi story and an on street parking a few streets down. I just don’t think this place was for us, but as I said, all the staff and owners were happy and helpful.

We stayed at this charming b & b called Rosemead guest house on Garfield road in Paignton. The rooms were lovely and clean. The proprietors were really helpful, friendly & welcoming. Brilliant breakfast. It was in a great position for the beach and train station. We loved Paignton and have booked up to go to Rosemead next year. Really good prices for bed and breakfast.
