This year was the 4th time over the past few years and can only describe as excellent every time. Carmel & Paul do an excellent job in making sure people have a good stay. Rooms always clean. Breakfast excellent. The guesthouse is in a good vacinity for getting anywhere and not far from front. All in all we cannot recommend The Rosemead enough. EXCELLENT. Valerie & Ralph Mitchell

Paul and Carmel were excellent hosts, Paul made us laugh, we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast was presented lovely no fat or grease on the plate. Plenty of choice of cereals. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Rooms and guest house very clean, bed comfy. Rosemead guest house is in an excellent position for walking to all amenities. Very central to explore locally.

Friendly warm and welcoming hotel. I stayed on my on own and it felt a very safe cheerful location. I frequently stay in hotels and I rated the bed highly extremely comfortable. Good breakfast.
