Stay here a lot and rooms are well appointed with good facilities. Unfortunately dinner and breakfast service is excruciatingly slow and food standard is poor. If you want anything even slightly different for example, no dressing on a salad, you get blank looks and you can see panic in their eyes. Then it still gets served with dressing....it's such a common occurrence that we actually now find it amusing! That said the hotel overall is fine and offers a comfortable nights sleep.

“Convenient location and well serviced meeting room”
We attended a conference at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities, service and food. The refreshment timings were spot on and everything seemed very well organised.
My husband was a bit surprised by the Norovirus hand gel in the WC's. Not come across that before but we took it as another sign that the hotel management are on the ball.

“What a lovely hotel, very freindly and hospitable”
We stayed here over Christmas and spent the holiday with family during the day and used the facilities and had B and B. We were even able to take the dog with us which we were very pleased about.
The Gym and pool are really very clean and well equipped and open for our use. The Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and prepared to really provide a festive atmosphere. There is ample parking and although the kitchen was not serving food they did provide us with a light supper when we needed it.
