Really nice hotel,all you need lovely and basic thankyou!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for three nights for Alton Towers, we had a package deal with them. The room was clean tidy, it was a good size room. For our first night we had chicken tikka bites with mint yoghurt. We thought it was gonna be at least 6 bites, only 3 small bites and a small mint yoghurt. They were tasty. The second night we had fish and chips plus two diet cokes......£35??? Both shocked at the price. Anyway it was a nice getaway. Next time we will stay somewhere a closer to Alton Towers.

My experience of the hotel relates to a day's conference booking for a dozen people, which was won in a competition. All the arrangements went smoothly, from the large free car park to the excellent buffet lunch, and the hotel's location only 2 minutes drive from Junction 15 of the M6, makes it popular for informal meetings in the lounge areas of the building.

My only criticism is that wifi is charged extra in the syndicate rooms at £5 an hour, which is expensive when many hotels, restaurants etc offer this free.

stayed hear for 2 nights while visiting Alton towers.for this the hotel location was good! However from the moment i booked there were problems, first i was double charged on my credit card,when arriving at the hotel we were given a room with dirty sheets, furniture with bits missing and drawings all over it and the radiator was broken! we asked to be moved and were to a better room but the sheets on the bed were still dirty! altho staff were not rude they wernt what i would call friendly! after a letter of complaint to the manger i have received a reply that addressed half the issues but still have not received a apology for the over charging! over all not a good experience and will look elsewhere when visiting the area next time!
