At least our sixth visit to the Windsor, but the first for a couple of years, and it's still as good as ever (might need new mattresses soon, guys). Relaxed, excellent location, warm welcome and legendary breakfast. The beach is ten metres from the front door with no cars in the way - good for excited kids who head straight for the sea, and for getting them back to the shower when wet through too. Sitting at the bay window in armchairs watching the waves lap on the beach is sublime.

If you want clean, comfortable accommodation, friendly hosts & superb breakfasts then the Windsor Hotel is for you. To add to this, the location is excellent - as near to the beach as possible & a short, flat walk to shops, pubs & restaurants. The view from the rooms at the front of the hotel is not to be missed! Definately worth a visit.

Just returned from 2 nights at the Windsor.
The Hotel is in a superb location, right on the beach in a quiet cul de sac and only 5 minutes walk from the centre.
We had a family suite, which comprised of two adjoining rooms, one with a stunning sea view. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The owners were very welcoming and did a great cooked breakfast.
Had no trouble parking a few roads back from the seafront behind the hotel.
Great value for money.

Lovely welcome and felt well looked after. Hotel was clean and fresh and breakfast was A*! Couldnt have asked for more. Owner very helpful snd fun! Our stay here was fab.
