I use the Bell Hotel regularly and every time find it friendly, accommodating and full of character and charm. The staff are very welcoming and professional. I tried the Olive Branch Spa recently ( seperate business but within the Bell hotel building), and am sorry to report that I was extremely shocked and disappointed at the appalling customer service and rudeness of the manager there. I certainly will not be visiting the Spa again and would urge others to take their relaxation elsewhere. Fantastic hotel, shame about the let down spa.

The hotel is like stepping into Aladins Cave it was wonderful. I stayed here whilst on a training course in Driffield. The Location was perfect, the hotel staff were very friendly and made you feel relaxed.The breakfasts were delicious and the spa was an extra bonus. I will return to enjoy the experience in my leisure time.

Went here on passing through Driffield for a bar meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well maintained, traditionally decorated and a nice ambience about the place. Menu is basically traditional pub grub but cooked well. Really good helpings and very good value for money.
