My wife and I travelled down to Devon to visit some friends and were recommended to stay at Huish Moor. This truly made our weekend, as our hosts Tim and Angi were so hospitable and nothing was ever too much trouble! We were treated to a fantastic breakfast each morning and on the night we arrived, we had organised dinner, which Angi prepares using local ingredients. Dinner was superb!! We stayed in the Shippen (out building) which was wonderful and perfect if you have a family as you would be able to be self-contained with 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen dining room and lounge all upstairs in a barn-type conversion. We will definitely be returning, this time with a few other friends to take over the Shippen again. This time though, we will make sure we are better prepared and in fishing season, so we can make use of Tim's fishing courses which come very highly recommended by other guests in the visitors book! We would definitely recommend Huish Moor to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Devon. We are already looking forward to our return and to more of Angi's cooking and both Angi and Tim's hospitality!

We have stayed at Huish Moor on a number of occassions, both in the B&B and in the self catering converted barn. Both are spotless and comfortable summer and winter. We cannot recommend more strongly.

Stayed with our 6month old baby. Beautifull views and garden. Host very fiendly. Got coffee in bed. Breakfast delicious. Rooms clean and comfi.

We were in the summer of 2010 a week with friends and children (four adults and three children 7,8,9) at Huish Moore. The very spacious clean and nicely furnished house is in a beautiful location with great views. The reception and hospitality of Angi and Tim is very nice. You feel really welcome. The cream tea was ready. We have made great trips to the beach of Instow, crab caught with the kids, visited gardens. By train to Exeter and been much more. When the dishwasher broke down in the morning there was a new right in the afternoon. The dish was done right, great!
