I spent two glorious days staying at Huish Moor, where Tim and Angi were the perfect hosts. It's a really lovely house in a beautiful location with dreamy views down to the mouth of the Taw. Breakfast was a treat both days and most importantly I slept like an absolute log - surely a good sign wherever you are staying. When combined with Tim's knowledge of local fishing and his patient and superb guiding, a stay at Huish Moor stacks up in every way.

A beautiful bed and breakfast set in an idyllic location with fantastic views. Angi and Tim make you feel right at home from the start of your visit with a cream tea on arrival. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Angi’s breakfasts are consistently superb!

We will definitely be back next year!

We stayed in the Shippen self catering barn conversion for 2 weeks July/August 2011 and had a very nice holiday. The property was a good size and was very child friendly for our 2 and 5 year old kids.

The location is ideal - perfect for exploring the main attractions of North Devon. It may appear to be very close to the A39 on maps but it is not directly accessible from the main road and you would never know you are anywhere near the traffic - it is a very quiet and peaceful location (Unless my 2 year old son is staying there).

You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views but there is a big retail park and supermarket only about 3 miles down the road which is very convenient.

Tim and Angi were very welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and we would certainly recommend to others with or without small kids in tow.

Stayed in April for a weekend. What a wonderful place. Made to feel very welcome by hosts Tim and Angie. The room was very pretty and cosy and clean.
Wonderful view all around the house. Delicious cooked breakfasts which went down very well before 18 holes of golf.
Will definitely return. Would I recommend to friends? Most definately although I would like to keep it a secret.
