“Lovely break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

Super location, stunning grounds and beautifully maintained, central and easy to get around the new forest We stayed in a double classic room which was part of the main building - this was perfect for our 2 nights stay. Breakfast and dinner was superb and excellent service. The best thing about this hotel are the staff - just so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return.

Room Tip: classic rooms on the second floor of the main building overlooking the hotel pool and gardens are ex...

“Perfect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

This is the second time we have stayed and it was amazing! The room was lovely and spacious with an amazing view, the reception team were lovely and very helpful, The waiters at dinner were very nice nothing was too much trouble for them and I would also like to mention the breakfast ladies were polite friendly and very nice. We stayed on a dinner bed and breakfast the food was gorgeous , good portions of food and beautifully presented. We also had a massage and used the swimming pool and spa area facilities which were all very relaxing I will definetly be coming back :) and reccomend this hotel to everyone I speak to.

“Fantastic!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

We stayed at Rhinefield House as a small business group. The hotel effortlessly put us totally at leisure! The service was great from the moment we checked in and every single member of the team went out of their way to help us.

My room was great - spotlessly clean, spacious and with a fantastic view. The bed was really comfortable. The room was modern but so well done with individual touches - I loved the little horse to denote do not disturb. Floor to ceiling windows make the modern luxury of the room blend in with the Forest - brilliant! The TV over the bath was a great touch.

It was a little cold for the outdoor pool in January but it looked great and I'l love to try it in summer, the indoor facilities were lovely and the pool was gorgeous.

The log fires, the lounges with such comfortable seats, the lovely bar, the wonderful breakfast....we all miss it already!

Room Tip: The Exec rooms have a great view of the Forest

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on Trip Advisor.

As with all businesses Rhinefield House offers a great sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! I was extremely pleased to read the group had a productive meeting and that the team enhanced your stay and hopefully results!

The executive bedrooms are stunning and with views into the forest even during this cold snap you feel part of the scenery as you gaze out onto the wildlife.

I would not advise using the outdoor pools during January rather wait until we open the pool for Easter in April.

I look forward to welcoming you and your colleagues back to Rhinefield House in the near future when I am sure you will receive our very best attention

Best wishes

Gorgeous hotel in lovely grounds, staff were very helpful and friendly- couldn't do enough for you! The food was absolutely delicious, we went half board and both breakfast and dinner were just superb, as was the afternoon tea.
The spa is lovely, cosy and so relaxing and I would definatly reccomend getting yourself a massage. The room and bathroom were spotless, lovely comfy bed and chairs in the room and a huge telly! Overall a fantastic and really enjoyable stay and I would more than happily return to stay again.

“Excellent break”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, very helpful and friendly staff and great food. We paid a little extra for a suite in the original building and it was well worth it for the space and character. The only minor criticism is while we were there the main restaurant was closed - which was a real shame as it was a room with great character and would have been a great experience

Room Tip: Boos a suite - they are well worth the extra. We had the Munro suite
