We stayed at this B&B for two nights for a local wedding. Our hosts were very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and most importantly for us, very peaceful and quiet with views of the most lovely garden. A previous reviewer comments on the time warp back to the 70s. Whilst their observations are accurate, one must bear in mind that this b&b is of very good value. If you look at their web site it gives a very clear indication of what kind of decor to expect. If the most important thing for you is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and warm hospitality then this place is hard to beat. Top it off with the best poached eggs and sausages I've had in years, I'd have no problems staying at this charming B&B again.

“Best of the trip!!”

We had a one night stay before travelling on to the Isle of Mull. We were made very welcome in a delight house with nice gardens. Breakfast was brilliant. Wouldn't have a problem staying here again.

Room Tip: Get a garden view room.

Once again a brilliant experience staying at the Lubnaig. Nice hotel, great breakfasts and very congenial hosts! A traditional style hotel in a beautiful setting with excellent customer service.

I have stayed at the Lubnaig once before and when I was planning to visit Callander again, I automatically booked a room there again as I had enjoyed my first visit so much.

I was not disappointed, as before the house was lovely and clean, and the garden was in a beautiful condition.

Many thanks to Crawford and Sue for their great service and fabulous breakfast.

I will definitly be back again.
