Clearly a winner! Felt right at home the moment we checked in. Friendly, warm and welcoming.

We stayed for one night, prior to an early morning flight from Bournemouth Airport - it is superbly located, less than 10 minutes' drive from the Airport. The hotel is on a busy main road, but rooms are at the back and there was no road noise.

We received an incredibly warm welcome - possibly the friendliest ever receptionist and very thorough.

We did eat in the attached Beefeater Grill, for convenience and it was tastier than expected. They were also extremely busy, with many more guests than they were expecting, so service was a little pushed.

The room was very clean, spacious and amazing value at £19. Our only niggles were noise-insulation - walls are pretty thin and very noisy extractor fans in the bathroom, but for the price we paid, we'll be back for a pre-airport stay!

Keep it up Premier Inn - many more expensive hotels could learn something from your customer service focus!

I stayed here for 6 nights. Reception are always cheerful and friendly. They are very helpful and really go out of their way to try and resolve any issues if they are not related to the hotel For example, searching google for map and directions where i need to go etc,

Internet speed is very good.

Rooms nice and clean. Parking very easy no hassle.
