Great deal obtained by my company at just under £80 for one night bed and breakfast in a King sized room. It's a large chain hotel and fairly typical of a branded high end 4 star. Room is well equipped with iron and ironing board and good choice of toiletries. Large comfortable bed (I had choice of two doubles in the room), clean modern furnishings. Pool, gym, sauna and steam room all available. Warmest pool I have used for some time although the facilities are used by members of the hotels leisure club and for swimming lessons so don't expect it to be quiet. Beauty treatments are also available. Breakfast was fine and the staff professional and friendly. It's not my idea of a romantic break but it would suit if you are looking for great facilities rather than food and wine and if your on business it's ten minutes by car or £6 by taxi from Grantham town centre.

Stayed at the Hotel for two days Feb 2012 and could not find a fault at all, the quality of the service and all the staff were first class, nothing was an issue to them, my stay was made even better by the caring attitude of the staff in the restaurant right down to the chefs behind the carvery which was excellant by the way. I never used the facilities but they looked very nice. Worth a vist even just to taste the food.

Stayed for 2 nights on a Bed & Breakfast basis. All staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was my birthday and the receptionist had remembered and sang Happy Birthday and arranged balloons at my table, a very personal touch.
Swimming pool not too busy and a lovely temperature. Enjoyed chilling out in sauna and steam room too.
Had breakfast, a bar meal and a 3 course carvery, all were hot and a good selection to choose from.
We got an unbelievable deal and it was a bargain for the standard of hotel and customer service.
Only negatives, we had 2 double beds in room and one mattress you rolled into middle, but other was fine. Positiives were value for money and nothing was too much trouble

Warm welcome, lovely furnishings, extremely comfortable bed.
The food was excellent and the pool was a lovely temperature.
No complaints whatsoever, hope we win the competition for a free weekend!
