Dissapointing hotel booked a double room only to find had been appointed a family room with inter conecting door , bathroom left a lot to be disired in need of updating dirty tile grouting and plastic shower curtain that had seen better days, But bed linin and towels clean room very cold on arrival, Went down to the bar and served by Steve whom was very pleasant and helpfull explained the dining option we decided to eat in the restraunt and order taken by a less than enthusiastic young waitress .we were then told the restraunt was closed and we would have to eat in the bar although we were paying for food from the more expensive menu !!!! Not impressed. My partner choose the pasta small portion and not very palatable I ordered the duck that was cold and rubbery as if it had been thawed in a micro wave then cooked , salad did not arrive untill another sullen waitress attention was caught, No one came to check back on the food s satisfaction , On complaining to steve the bar man who was very appolgetic we recived a free drink each by whom we belived to be the manager , checked out early and gave breakfast a miss ,
