From the friendly and efficient reception to the wonderful food and the great Burns night this was an outstanding hotel which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Will certainly be making a return visit.

A fantastic little new year holiday in a beautiful hotel in a stunning place. We loved the food, the atmosphere, the walks and bird spotting. The staff leave no stone unturned and you want for nothing. Can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed this hotel so much when we visited it 2 years ago we were delighted to be able to return and it was every bit as good. We took our large dog this time and he was made as welcome as we were. We were given a doggie welcome pack and shown all the walks from the hotel to take him. The room was as warm and comfortable as last time and the food was again superb. For being in a central location to shops and buses it had many great walks from the hotel, no need to move tha car, and had free borrowing of books and D.V.D's. Plenty hot water in bathroom and lovely large bath sheets. I could not recommend it highly enough.

Arrived at the hotel on New Years Eve, and were made very welcome by the staff . We travelled with a couple who had stayed earlier in the year and the had recommended it to us. It certainly did not dissapoint us . The food was great at every meal, and there was plenty of things to do in the area. We had the added bonus of there being a Street Party in Grantown and a fantastic fire work display. We will certainly be staying there again at a differnt time of the year. i really could not fault anything about this hotel.
