i stayed there two nights and had the small double room ( room number 11) on the third floor, the room was indeed small althought ideal for one and would have been very cramped indeed for two as it is intended. The shower provides plenty of cold water but very little hot althoght there is plenty of hot water available from the tap, As a result the shower is next to useless and needs some attention. The Breakfast is ok but some improvement is required as its a very rigid 08:30 to 09:00 service, i would very much of liked a 07:00 or 07:30 start time to be fair i was aware of this at the time of booking. Parking was not a problem as i think the hotel was very quite even so all the front parking was taken.
I must say on the positive side that the host were very friendly and we had a very good welcome and the location is in quite part ot the town. In summary the B&B is good value but could be so much better if they fixed the shower and have a bit more flexability on the breakfast service times.

After a referal we booked by telephone at short notice and stayed for 4 days . The B and B is clean and tidy with decor now a little dated . It is situated some distance from the main area of Gt Yarmouth with travelling into town a real pain by car . However the quiet this affords offsets the inconvenience .The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful . The full english breakfast is well presented and just about right to start the day .
Its a good old fashioned sea side B and B with the benefit of a bar and lounge area to chill after the fun at the promenade and its attractions.
In summary great value for money if in need of some fresh wallpaper here and there.

Arrived here lovely and clean from the outside and beautifull inside a very warm reception was shown to are room which was lovely after staying in Great Yarmouth last year and Hotel was very very poor it was nice to stay here Bedroom was spacious with two single beds and everything you could ask for very nicely decorated and lovely fresh clean bedding A lovely fresh Breakfast was served in the morning it is in good walking distance to the main part of the town and very easy to find Really enjoyed my stay here and will be sure to return here the price is also good there a lot of BnBs in Great Yarmouth but be very carefull as they are not all they are cracked upto be .....But this one was Lovely keep up the good work A++++++++++

martin and pam are brilliant hosts and thier staff are all very friendly. the breakfasts and bar food of an evening are very good. as well as the beer on sale at the bar. hope to come back again soon.
