“Wish we could have stayed longer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 September 2011

It was our last night in Scotland so we were unable to stay longer unfortunately. Trevor, our host, made us very welcome and our son, Ryan, took advantage and was soon out the back feeding the chooks, playing with the dog and generally making himself at home. The arrival of Trevor's grand daughter got him pretty excited and the noise level went up a tad. Trevor was probably thankful for the peace and quiet when we left.

Everything is well presented, comfortable and very clean. The local pub has amazing meals. The location is a perfect base for the many sites and attractions in the area. If we get back to Scotland then we'll definitely be staying again.

Thanks Trevor.

“Wonderful time in a wonderful place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 September 2011

We stayed here on a driving vacation through Scotland, and enjoyed our time here very much. Our host was very friendly and helpful - including making dinner reservations for us at the local pub. Great breakfast, good conversation, and useful suggestions for sites to see in the area.

“Best B&B of entire 14day trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 August 2011

We toured Scotland and England for 14 days and mostly stayed one night in each place. Burnbank in Kinross was the best. Facilities like a good bed, spacious room, nice lounge, pay with credit card. Excellent cooked breakfast with a choice of items from a menu. There was coffee and tea in the room but also a small bottle of water ('Purely Scottish') for each of us, nice touch!
My choice of stay in the area!

“Excellent in every respect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 August 2011

The rooms we booked were fantastic - huge and furnished to a very high standard and with fabulous views. The whole house was brilliant; the downstairs lounge and breakfast area were spacious and there was guest seating in the garden. The owner was very friendly and very helpful, calling the pub to make us a reservation for dinner for example. The breakfast was superb with everything from fruit and home made muesli to a fabulous fry up.

We would highly recommend this B&B!
