We have stayed at Burnbank several times and the standard - extremely high- has never varied. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The food - (we always have dinner as well) - is also very good - locally sourced produce and much of it home grown. Nothing is too much trouble. Trevor and Anne deserve all their five star ratings.

We stayed in the blue room which was very comfortable, plenty of room to move around, bags of wardrobe space and a sofa to use the lap-top or just relax and have a cuppa. The breakfast was first-class and evening meals were freshly cooked and delicious. The Coffee Parfait was to die for! The Green Values policy is a big plus and very reassuring. We needed an early breakfast time because we had to be in Perth early each day for a convention but Trevor was very accommodating. It was so good we've booked for next year!

Stayed at this b and b fr 4 nights in july. Room was very spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathroom.
Breakfast was sumptuous with a good choice. We had the evening meal once which was excellent value for money.
There was an abundance of dvds and cds plus books on the area attractions,and a free internet service
Anne and Trevor are perfect hosts.

Very comfortable and spacious room (we had the blue bedroom, which has a super-king size bed), with all the facilities we would expect. Very well-maintained, fresh and clean. We were greeted with home-made shortbread, bottled water and cute hot chocolate cups in our room. Sweet garden and hens outside our window (no crowing roosters!). Charming and helpful hosts, and Trevor is a talented chef. FANTASTIC breakfast, including choices of yummy waffles with lashings of maple syrup, the best porridge ever and divine hot chocolate. The breakfast was so good we availed ourselves of dinner on the remaining two nights, and both meals were memorable. Tough, though, to decide between the fruit pavlova and the coffee parfait - the only solution is to try them both! Many thanks to Trevor and Ann for a delightful stay.
