Oh dear!
Called up on spec. to find out if owners had a website (previous review looked good) No website! Owner (female) explained they didn't do many bookings. Then, she explained she was going on holiday. I decided to inform her that I was a single female, and required one night accommodation. All sounded OK. However, I did want some pictorial evidence of the quality of their accommodation (standard practice). She responded by saying - sorry no website, and then decided not to progress my enquiry further. A curt "I will just have to let you worry" concluded the call. LUCKY ESCAPE!
My next step is to approach a B&B which has a website, owner is professional in handling calls and accommmodating to potential customers. Not to much to ask surely?
