“We are glad we chose this one.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 October 2011

We spent a lovely 3 nights with John and Joan while visiting the Lockerbie Jazz Festival.
They were most welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home immediately. Everything was fine from the first class breakfast to the high standard of our double room. We appreciated the very comfortable bed and the wall-mounted TV. etc. We also enjoyed some great conversations with Joan and John and they were very good at giving us local knowledge.
They also always had time for their guests, all which is why we are glad we chose this one.
We may well be back for the next Jazz Festival.

“A gem of a B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 September 2011

Delightful B&B, John and Joan have created a comfortable and homely B&B. The comfort and standard of cleanliness was first class. Breakfast was excellent , and both John and Joan were most helpful .

Room Tip: Rooms at the front are on a main road . Traffic can be heared when window was open, didnt bother us...

“A lovely B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 June 2011

We stayed at the Tarras for one night and we could not have asked for more from the owners. The were very welcoming and our room was lovely and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The breakfast was exceptional as was the service and cleanliness of the B&B.

Great value for money and we stay again if we visited lockerbie again.

“One of the Best.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 June 2011

We stayed at Tarras last night. Marvelous place .Tastefully refurbished room. Spotlessly clean A wonderful full Scottish breakfast, including haggis, if you require it. Nice friendly people. If you go to Lockerbie, and you want to stay in a Bed and Breakfast, try Tarras. We loved it.
