Stopped here 1 night. Slightly further out of town but this hotel is a little gem. Clean, quiet, friendly, comfortable and great value. Excellent food and a good amiable bar. If back in Lowestoft I wouldn't be looking elsewhere. Very accommodating and comfortable

This hotel is 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. The rooms are modern cottages attached to a charming 'historic' main house. The lounge is cozy with dark paneling and deeply upholstered seating areas. The dining is upscale and served in a bright conservatory. Best of all, the proprietor is extremely personable with travel suggestions or late conversations in the bar over a brandy.

very nice hotel in a beutiful part of lowestoft, a stones throw away from the sea and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. warm and welcoming, was very helpful for for me and my family as our son came down with the flu and they were very caring.
Would definatly stay there again great value for money fantastic.

We stayed on a Saturday night, the room was spacious and very well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a very nice hotel which we would use again if in the area.
