It is the third time my husband and I have stayed at Auplands and everything as always was perfect for us. The room, very clean and comfortable, the breakfast, fresh fruit and cereals followed by traditional full cooked or continental , and the location being right next to the high street means no need for the walking boots or to have to take the car to go into the town for a meal. This is a lovely B&B located in a great spot in Lymington.

Would recommend to anyone, great location, lovely breakfast, comfy and friendly. Well worth a visit

I probably hit it on a bad day, but there was no "warm welcome"; I almost got the feeling it was an inconvenience having me there, so why take the booking? I parked in the only space available (there is no on-road parking) but then had to move the car, which involved the owner's car being moved. Not good on a dark wet night; why did she not move her car when she knew I was coming? The room was fine; the shower room was very small. Everything worked. Breakfast was fine. There was nothing really wrong with the place, but there are better places out there for the same money.

Just returned from our second stay at Auplands as We have said before its just like a home from home Sue and Graham are great hosts nothing is too much trouble .
We hope to go back again next year
